Our Team

Lebo Nke

Lebo has been involved in Change Management and Communication Strategy formulation projects since 1995. She has worked in a wide range of industries where she formed part of teams that were responsible for Business Strategy Development, and Implementation on Business Process Re-engineering projects. Her particular focus was on the design, development and delivery of change management strategies and plans that included communication and training. Her work at Converse includes designing and managing the rollout of multi-faceted internal communication campaigns to support organisational re-engineering, culture change, and development.
 
Siven Maslamoney

Siven has managed the creation of media content for over 15 years in television, radio and print. This includes multi-media production, editorial management, broadcast management & design, and management of mass educational campaigns. His current work includes the development of public education strategies for large public sector organisations as well as change communication strategies, including Transnet.
