Lebo Nke is the Deputy Managing Director of Converse Consulting and Management Services. Since she joined Converse in 2005, Lebo has driven Change Management and Communication strategies for Converse clients undergoing organisational change. She designs and manages the roll-out of multi-faceted internal communication campaigns to support organisational re-engineering, culture change and development.

Prior to joining Converse, Lebo held the following positions:

  • De Beers Group Services - Change Management and Training Manager: SAP HR project for the De Beers Group Serivces; an integrated management system aimed at improving De Beers’ capability to manage their human resources and to centralise payroll functions. The project was implemented across 12 sites in South Africa and Botswana and had a significant impact on about 12 000 employees. Lebo led the team that was responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that looked at stakeholder management and leadership alignment; stakeholder engagement and communication; and end users enablement on the system.
  • Accenture - Lebo began employment as a Change Management Analyst and progressed through to management level. Lebo worked with client senior management from a range of industries to develop and implement strategies that would achieve their stated business objectives. Her particular focus was on stakeholder management, communication and training strategies. Clients included: the Municipal Council, Electricity Supply Corporation, Deep Level Gold Mining House, Telecommunications Corporation, Resources and Utilities Client and the Government Treasury Department.

Lebo’s particular focus has been on stakeholder management, communication and training strategies.

Lebo has an excellent understanding of business issues and people dynamics and is able to use these insights to develop creative and strategic solutions. She is a valuable asset to teams or organisations that rely on people for success.
