The Resolve Group - Resolve Group's Internship Programme

We welcome Post-Graduate management students to Resolve for a period of two months during their year of study. We provide a unique opportunity for students who are interested in consulting to gain work experience and apply academic learnings.

Our internship programme offers a broad view of the Group and its operations. Interns are exposed to a variety of our service lines, and are therefore able to determine their level of interest in different areas of labour relations, human resources, change management, communications and strategy. They also gain a practical understanding of project management and consulting.

In exchange for providing the students with experience, the Resolve Group has an opportunity to evaluate the consulting potential of the interns within real time situations and assess their ‘fit’ in the Resolve culture. The programme has been an outstanding success in introducing young, predominantly black, people into the business. It has also resulted in Wits Business School ranking Resolve highly on its preferred employer list.
