Resolve is South Africa’s leading black-owned consulting group.
We are a private company and our major institutional shareholder is Kagiso Trust Enterprises. Our companies and divisions include Resolve Consulting, Resolve Encounter Consulting, and Converse Consulting. In addition, we have equity interests in, and work closely with, Tokiso Dispute Settlement, Media Works, CCI GrowthCon.
NB: Following his appointment as Speaker of Parliament, Max Sisulu resigned from The Resolve Group Board of Directors but has retained his shareholding of 5.59%. Following her appointment as Judge of the High Court, Urmila Bhoola resigned from The Resolve Group Board of Directors but has retained her shareholding of 7.45%. We are currently waiting for CIPC records to reflect the changes.
