Tokiso Dispute Settlement

 

Tokiso was established in February 2001 in response to the closure of the Independent Mediation Services of South Africa (IMSSA). Since its inception, Tokiso has grown to be the largest private dispute resolution provider in South Africa with 200 panelists in all provinces of the country.

Tokiso provides independent and professional process management services, which include mediation, facilitation, arbitration and chairing. These services are provided for employment, commercial and community disputes. Tokiso offers a personalised service to ensure that a highly qualified panelist, who has the requisite skills in the area in dispute, is allocated to a case.


Tokiso currently manages more than 750 disputes per month for a wide range of clients, including private companies of all sizes, unions, NGOs, parastatals and all spheres of government.


Tokiso also manages large-scale projects on behalf of these clients, where large numbers of disputes or complaints are referred. It also provides independent content management services to seminars, meetings and processes.
